Role: ITIL Service Desk Lead
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £36,000
Holt Recruitment is working with a client in Bournemouth to recruit an ITIL Service Desk Lead to manage a team of 3.
The Service Desk Lead needs to regularly inform and advise senior management about service desk issues and concerns associated with those issues.
Similarly, the Service Desk Manager needs to offer tangible, data-driven suggestions on ways that IT services can improve, conduct regular assessments, and share the results with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building a cohesive team and managing people effectively within the ITIL framework.
* Coaching and developing the team, especially Level 1 Service Desk Agents.
Requirements for the Service Desk Lead role:
* Knowledge of SQL, MySQL, and PHP.
* Understanding of cloud-based technologies.
* Keen to learn new technologies.
* Experience with Jira Service Desk or equivalent ticketing system.
* Excellent time management and workload prioritization skills.
* Experience working with bespoke enterprise applications.
* Proficiency with Office 365.
* Strong technical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
