NSD Labels are part of an international labelling and packaging company and have been based in Edinburgh for over 150 years. We offer a complete end to end labelling service to our customers who are local and global companies in the food, beverage, healthcare, medical and chemical sectors. We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Customer Service Assistant to join our existing customer service team.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the sales team providing high quality service to all customers.
* Managing and maintaining customer accounts.
* Answering product and service questions via telephone and email.
* Processing and raising orders via MIS system.
* Raise and compile production documentation.
* Maintaining the electronic and paper-based record systems.
Key Competencies / Experience
* A minimum of Grade 4 in GCSE English and Maths
* Strong customer service skills preferably gained within an office environment.
* A good team player.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Self-motivated, able to manage own workload and work on own initiative.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong administration skills, with experience of using MS Office programmes.
* Experience working within any packaging market would be advantageous, but not essential.
