Part time, Permanent
Salary: £18,400 per annum (23k full time equivalent) + annual company bonus opportunity
Working : 28hrs/week over 4 days (flexible - needs to include Wednesdays & Fridays)
Location: Hybrid - WFH (2days)/ Winnersh Triangle RG41 (2days)
Are you ready to tackle operational challenges and be the go-to problem solver for our OnDemand team? Ensure smooth field operations by equipping our team with essential tools and coordinating logistics; you'll be at the heart of it all.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Respond to operational issues via phone and email
2. Ensure field teams have necessary equipment and information
3. Liaise with warehouse/couriers and field colleagues on POS (marketing materials) delivery
4. Collaborate with OnDemand Area Managers for project delivery
5. Complete one in-store activity quarterly
6. Handle operational administration tasks, including:Writing field briefs and surveysSetting up surveys on reporting systemsCollating and distributing project materialsSupporting Account Managers with PowerPoint presentationsDatabase management and cleansingConducting paperwork, photo checks, and data validationOnboarding new team membersApproving field team expenses and POs
