About the Role
We're hiring a Chef Manager, where you'll be responsible for preparing fresh, healthy meals You'll lead a small team and bring creativity and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
* Cook a rotating menu of child-friendly meals: roasts, curries, lasagne, chilli, fish & chips, and vegetarian dishes
* Manage a team of 2 catering assistants
* Oversee kitchen hygiene, food safety, and allergen protocols
* Liaise with staff to ensure smooth service and dietary compliance
Requirements
* Experience in a similar Chef Manager or Head Chef role
* Enhanced DBS ( can start on risk assessment while DBS is processed )
* Ability to manage a small team and kitchen operations
* Friendly, reliable, and passionate
