Contact Centre Executive – Manchester
📍Hybrid Role - Minimum of one day in the Manchester office each week
🕒 Full-time | 37.5 hours | Mon–Fri | Rotating shifts between 7am–7pm
💰 £24,000 + KPI driven quarterly bonus
Join Bright Horizons as a Contact Centre Executive, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting families with Employee Benefits Solutions (Back-Up Care).
What you’ll do:
* Work within a KPI and regulated environment
* Handle inbound calls, provide information, explain benefit options and entitlements
* Make outbound calls to follow up on enquiries
* Escalate enquiries to the right departments
* Educate customers on policies and processes
* Maintain accurate case records and meet performance standards
What we’re looking for:
* Contact centre experience (inbound essential)
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work to KPIs and handle high call volumes
* Attend Two Weeks of onsite training in Manchester
