Complex Needs Support Worker (City)

We're looking for a Domestic Violence Specialist - Complex Needs Support Worker to deliver powerful, trauma-informed outreach support across Nottingham City.
The Role
You'll work alongside women experiencing domestic abuse and complex needs, including:
* Homelessness
* Substance misuse
* Mental and physical health challenges
* Offending history
This is a dynamic, community-based role. You'll be:
* Delivering proactive outreach support across the city
* Leading community drop-in sessions
* Supporting women resettling after refuge or temporary accommodation
* Co-locating with statutory partners, including regular work at Loxley House
* Advocating at MARAC, court, housing, probation, and multi-agency meetings

What You'll Bring
You are:
* Experienced in supporting women affected by domestic abuse and complex needs
* Confident in risk assessment, safety planning and advocacy
* Trauma-informed, non-judgemental and survivor-centred
* Skilled at managing a varied caseload in fast-paced environments
* Passionate about partnership working and collaborative solutions
* Committed to feminist values, anti-discriminatory practice and continuous improvement
A Women's Aid or SafeLives Level 3 qualification is desirable (or willingness to achieve it).
Salary
* £26,705 (Scale Point 17 - Unqualified)
* £28,340 (Scale Point 20 - Qualified)
Location
Based across city premises, community locations and co-located with statutory partners across Nottingham City.
Contract Information
This role will start as a temporary contract for 12 weeks, with the intention to transfer to a permanent contract following successful completion.

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
* 6-month probationary period
