Key Account Manager - South West England

GSK is seeking a results-driven professional with proven account management and launch experience to join our Severe Asthma team as a Key Account Manager. This role involves ensuring our product is the preferred severe asthma treatment and improving access to biologics through local and regional patient pathways.

In this role you will

* Influence prescribing decisions at key sites, driving uptake of our product at both individual and local/regional population levels.
* Build trust and relationships with stakeholders across all NHS tiers, using insights into customer interdependencies to create and execute robust account plans.
* Utilise launch expertise to develop and implement strategies that maximise the impact of product introduction and ensure swift adoption in priority accounts.
* Communicate clinical data effectively to customers, highlighting patient and NHS system benefits, and mobilise External Expert (EE) endorsement to broaden advocacy.
* Engage with ICB/payor and care stakeholders to map service pathways, identify barriers to biologics treatment, and deliver tailored solutions that improve patient access.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver account objectives, prioritise resources using data and insight, and demonstrate measurable progress against KPIs in line with GSK policy.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

* Proven experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical account management, sales, or a related field.
* Current ABPI certification.
* NHS knowledge and experience of working in a specialised disease area (specialised respiratory and/or biologics) or relevant alternative therapeutic areas.
* Proven ability to work across boundaries with highly specialised external experts, relevant payors, and internal stakeholders.
* Ability to present complex concepts clearly. Skills in interpersonal interaction, communication, and influence, both within the organization and externally.
Demonstrated ability to analyse and assimilate data.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:

* Proven experience in product launches, including planning, execution, and monitoring of launch success metrics.
Experience of working in this geography previously.

This role is hybrid, combining remote work with on-site visits to key accounts and team meetings.
