About the role Concept Plus is seeking an Administrative Manager to provide advanced administrative and operational support for a federal client. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating a wide range of administrative functions, ensuring compliance with client and contract requirements, and supporting the smooth operation of multidisciplinary teams working on the sustainment and modernization of client information systems. What you'll do Oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, correspondence, records management, and office logistics for contract teams. Manage contract documentation, deliverables tracking, and compliance with government and organizational policies. Coordinate travel, meeting arrangements, and event planning for project staff and stakeholders. Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and official communications. Support human resources functions such as onboarding, training coordination, and timekeeping. Monitor and manage office budgets, procurement requests, and supply inventories. Serve as a liaison between project teams, government representatives, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure all administrative activities adhere to security, privacy, and confidentiality standards required by the client. Qualifications US Citizenship Active Secret Government Clearance Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration 7 years of professional experience coordinating and providing support services to organizations. Individual shall have experience managing services and personnel that allow organizations to operate efficiently, such as secretarial and reception, administration, payroll, conference planning and travel, information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, parking, and personal property procurement, supply, and disposal. Individual shall have experience implementing procedures to improve productivity and customer service. In addition, some administrative services managers acquire, distribute, and store supplies, while others dispose of surplus property or oversee the disposal of unclaimed property.
