Job Description Reablement Support Worker | 10506 | permanent contract | 22 hours per week | £13.90 to £14.58 per hour | Grade E | Great Yarmouth Swift Response (Days) - Reablement Support Worker Based at Greyfriars House, Great Yarmouth We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including Bank Holidays. Working with Swift Response, you'll be on the frontline of Social Care, responding swiftly to calls for support. Whether it's assisting someone who's had an uninjured fall, providing personal care or helping someone regain independence after a setback, you'll be making a real difference every single shift. You'll respond to a variety of situations, supporting vulnerable adults in their homes across Norfolk. Work in pairs, fully equipped : You'll travel in a provided vehicle with a colleague, stocked with everything you need-no upfront costs for fuel or equipment. Real impact : From helping someone safely up after a fall to supporting with personal care, your work directly improves lives.
