Production Supervisor (Days) PrepWorld – Food Manufacturing PrepWorld is looking for a proactive and hands‑on Production Supervisor (Days) to support our growing food manufacturing operation. You will play a key role in leading and developing our Area Team Leaders, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring all production paperwork and processes are completed accurately. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Train, guide, and support Area Team Leaders to ensure strong performance and development. Act as the first point of contact for your designated production area. Lead by example, promoting and enforcing all company policies and procedures. Safety, Quality & Compliance Ensure all facilities and equipment are used safely, maintaining a secure working environment. Uphold product safety, legality, and quality standards, ensuring CCPs are followed. Maintain excellent GMP standards and promote a “clean as you go” culture. Monitor and challenge performance in efficiency, waste, H&S, and compliance. People Management Oversee production staff within one facility, ensuring effective labour planning. Drive efficient labour usage, proactively managing staffing levels and skills gaps. Ensure Time & Attendance (T&A) system data is updated daily and accurately reflects worked hours. Performance & Continuous Improvement Attend daily and weekly meetings with the Shift Manager to review performance, identify issues, and propose preventative actions. Liaise with the Senior Supervisor to achieve production targets and deliver thorough end‑of‑shift handovers. Participate in taste panels and encourage reporting teams to do the same. Deputise for the Senior Supervisor when required. Working Conditions Role involves routine manual handling. Regular work in cold storage environments.
