Adecco Public Sector is proud to be working in partnership with an innovative and dynamic organisation to recruit a Strategic People Business Partner on a permanent basis.


Full time opportunity with hybrid working available.


Based in London.


Salary: circa £55,k.


Acting as a strategic people partner, you will drive people management initiatives and contribute to the achievement of the organisation's strategic plan. With your expertise, you will promote corporate values and shape a positive culture within the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure delivery of a cost effective, customer focused service whilst continually striving for excellence.


Responsibilities:



1. Develop a thorough understanding of the organisation and the specific business area you are supporting to provide a full people partnering service.

2. Translate people strategy into achievable plans and prioritise implementation.

3. Establish effective relationships with business leads to provide valuable insights and interventions on people management strategies.

4. Advise senior managers on effective people management practises, employee engagement, and the delivery of organisational objectives.

5. Work with business leads to identify skill requirements and manage the resourcing and talent processes.

6. Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to develop learning and development plans and identify capability gaps.

7. Contribute to the organisation's strategic approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion, embedding practises that promote DEI.

8. Foster employee engagement and contribute to organisational development initiatives.



Candidate Requirements:



9. Demonstrable HR generalist experience across a broad range of people functions and the full employee lifecycle.

10. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practice in HR.

11. Experience managing your own employee relations caseload including complex cases.

12. Ability to analyse and report on HR information and data.

13. Previous experience of implementing and supporting change management including TUPE.

14. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop working relationships with managers and stakeholders across the organisation.

15. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.

16. CIPD qualified or equivalent.
