Duties will include:
* Speaking with new clients to promote our services.
* Following up on warm leads provided by the company to generate new business opportunities.
* Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs.
* Managing and updating client and lead information accurately.
* Working towards achievable sales and performance targets.
* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional approach at all times.
* Supporting the wider team with general office and admin tasks when required.
Required Skills:
* Previous telesales experience is preferred.
* Confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner.
* Strong communication and listening skills.
* Organised with attention to detail.
* Motivated, positive attitude, and eager to learn and develop.
