Join an outstanding Special Educational Needs school in Bedford as a SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant, where you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, and other complex profiles.
Your Role as an SEN HLTA:
* Deliver targeted academic and behavioural interventions, 1:1 and in small groups
* Lead and support learning activities in collaboration with teaching staff and therapists
* Contribute to the development and implementation of individual education and behaviour plans
* Foster emotional regulation, independence, and positive engagement in learning
What We're Looking For:
* HLTA Status (Level 4 or equivalent qualification)
* Proven experience supporting children or young people with SEN, ideally in specialist settings
* A calm, reflective, and proactive approach to behaviour and communication support
* A genuine interest in professional development and SEN best practice
