Duty Manager - Kings Moat - Northwich, Cheshire Roles/Responsibilities Manage the day to day running of the Cheshire FAs Wrexham Road site, providing an excellent customer experience. Day to day management of CCFA’s Health & Safety Compliance in relation to CCFA daily operations. To line manage the Facility Officer Team ensuring that duties are carried out to the standards expected. Overall responsibility for ensuring the 3G pitch, grass pitches and café are maintained and presented in a high-quality manner for all internal and external customers. Responsibility for ensuring accurate records of pitch bookings are maintained using the appropriate systems. Ensure effective operation of on site café including health & safety requirements. Management of a staff rota of facility officers and casual staff to ensure the 3G pitch, grass pitches, café and conference facilities are always appropriately staffed. Ensure the effective maintenance of the facilities in line with the requirements of CCFA and any specific funding or partner bodies Maintain accurate and up to date records of all contracts in place relevant to meeting operational standards and Health and Safety requirements. Ensure that all equipment necessary for use in the maintenance of the facilities is maintained and used in line with the manufacturers guidelines. Work closely with the CCFA staff to ensure an effective system is in place for meeting the needs of their specific program or project delivery. To provide excellent customer service. Ensure an effective payment system is in place for all necessary payment methods. Ensure a clear debt management and recovery process is in place for all commercial bookings. Maximise the income revenue from the CCFA commercial lettings opportunities for the 3G pitch, grass pitches and the internal facilities. Work with the Head of Facilities & Football Development & Facility Manager to ensure the mix of bookings using the facilities meet the needs of the wider community, and the CCFA Football Development strategic aims Develop opportunities for local people and communities to utilise the site for physical activity. Ensure that the CCFA offices remain clean, tidy and presentable and that appropriate cleaning is undertaking on a regular basis Keep accurate records of 3G usage for monitoring & evaluation purposes for the funding partners Maintain 3G facility on the FA Register Application details are in the full recruitment pack below.
