Overview
In this role you will be the face of the restaurant, controlling the flow of guests and communicating with the kitchen and management to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary guest‑facing staff member.
* Coordinate the service flow between front‑of‑house and kitchen.
* Communicate guest needs, special requests, and service updates to kitchen and management.
* Help maintain a high level of customer service throughout the shift.
Qualifications
* Passion for great customer service and willingness to learn new skills.
* Experience is not required; training and national apprenticeships are available.
