Tunbridge Wells Audi is Recruiting a Transaction Manager.
Salary £25,000 Plus up to £50,000 OTE Uncapped plus Company Car
The Role
We are seeking a Transaction Manager to join our Audi dealership based in Tunbridge Wells to facilitate the delivery of good customer outcomes from the sale of finance, insurance, warranties and additional products. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business/Transaction Manager who are looking to progress their career.

What will I do on a daily basis
14. Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules & guidelines
15. Provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Sales Executives, balancing the need for a good outcomes with sales performance.
16. Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges
17. Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance
18. Upskill the Sales Executive team by training in finance and insurance
What Experience do I need
To be successful in this role, ideally you will either have Franchise Experience as a Transaction/Business Manager, how every if you are a Experienced Sales Executive or Sales Controller looking to progress your career. In addition to your experience, you will next demonstrate:
