* Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external partners, representing the directors with professionalism and discretion.
* Travel & Expenses: Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
* Confidential Support: Handle sensitive HR and people‑related matters (e.g. performance, payroll, and employee changes) with complete confidentiality.
* Administrative Processes: Support HR administration, including onboarding, contract changes, leavers, and maintaining accurate employee records.
* General Office Support: Maintain organisational charts, distribution lists, and filing systems; liaise with IT as needed.
* Collaboration: Partner with the wider PA network across the business to ensure seamless support and provide cover when required.
About You
* Exceptionally organised, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
* Professional and discreet, with experience handling confidential information.
* A confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
* Positive, collaborative, and solutions‑focused — with a “can‑do” attitude.
