_*Job Summary*_
Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for a Head Chef on behalf of our client based in Stoke by Nayland. Reporting to the Executive Chef, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and support to the main kitchen team, whilst delivering an exceptional standard of food within the a la carte restaurant, the bar & lounge and events section.

_*Job Role*_
· Demonstrate leadership by example.
· Promote teamwork across the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
· Maintain a guest focus through effective communication.
· Promote local ingredients within seasonal menus.
· Work within agreed targets for the cost of sales and GP.
· Manage the ordering and control of stock.
· Take responsibility for driving sales and quality assurance.
· Develop and train the team.
· Work in accordance with current Health & Safety, Food Safety and other statutory regulations and legislation.
_*Skills and Experience*_
· Proven experience as a Head Chef within a high-volume environment
· Ability to demonstrate experience managing a team.
· Passionate about working with food and ability to work to a high standard.
