The Role
As a Store Manager, you’ll lead, motivate, and develop your store team, managing their performance and enabling them to be the best they can be, helping them grow into a high-performing team. You will champion the brand both in and out of the store whilst inspiring those around you to do the same.
About you
You’ll already have impressive retail management experience. While you might not be from a fashion retail background, you understand how retail works and how to drive sales.
As an inspiring people manager, you'll love leading and developing a team. As an advocate and promoter of customer service, your friendly and engaging team will ensure that the customer always comes first.
