About the Role
As our Public Sector CRD Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting and increasing sales of our Production Print solutions portfolio — including the TASKalfa 15000ci and Athena range — across the Public Sector.
This is a national role, responsible for shaping strategic growth, increasing market share, and building trusted external partnerships across the UK & Ireland.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
* Drive production print sales to both existing and new Public Sector customers.
* Build and maintain strong networks within the Public Sector sales channel to identify and convert new opportunities.
* Understand customer needs, turning them into successful, repeatable solutions.
* Develop and execute marketing and go-to-market strategies to create strong demand for production print technologies.
* Monitor market trends and provide insight on future product and portfolio development.
* Manage key accounts, nurturing long-term relationships via face-to-face visits, calls, emails and virtual meetings.
* Work collaboratively across the wider Kyocera UK Group to ensure successful delivery of customer orders.
* Prepare financial projections and analyses to support growth strategies.
* Operate in a flexible, field-based capacity, combining customer visits, office time and home working.
* Perform additional duties as required by your line manager.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in production print sales and strong knowledge of the print industry.
* Strong understanding of the Public Sector landscape and frameworks such as CCS, CPC and CBC.
* Demonstrated success in relationship building, negotiation and closing deals.
* Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
* Commercial awareness and strong analytical skills for performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
* Excellent organisational, time management and presentation abilities.
* A proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to work with initiative.
