With a commitment to agile methodologies, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining account closing processes, ensuring a seamless experience across multiple account types. Responsibilities: Collaborate with both business and technology teams to understand complex requests and integrate them into existing bereavement journeys. Serve as the Product Owner to align Wealth and Corporate & Institutional bereavement journeys with the Retail Journey. Identify challenges, risks, and issues, and work with journey teams in Wealth and Corporate & Institutional to ensure customers experience a unified interaction with the organisation. Formulate responses and manage the additional demand impacting the teams. Essential Skills: Experience in customer journey mapping and improvement. Proficiency in retail banking operations and analysis. Familiarity with Jira and scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience in banking sector, particularly in bereavement processes. Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder requirements.
