The Opportunity
The business is entering an exciting growth phase, and this hire will play a key role in driving awareness and revenue by signing new hospitality partners.
They’re looking for a proven outbound seller who can make an immediate impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
📞 Proactive multi-channel outbound outreach
📥 Managing and converting inbound enquiries
🔄 Owning the full sales cycle — outreach, discovery, demo and close
🍽️ Attending client meetings and industry events when required
🤝 Collaborating closely with marketing and customer teams
📊 Keeping CRM updated and organised
📲 Building visibility through social selling
This is a micro-management free environment. You’ll have autonomy, ownership and trust — but also the expectation to deliver.
Who They’re Looking For
📈 3+ years in sales with a strong outbound focus
💻 Background in Tech, MarTech, SaaS, Media or Hospitality
🏆 Consistent track record of exceeding quota
📚 Sales training exposure (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger or similar)
🔥 Experience in a high-growth start-up is a strong plus
