Due to our continued growth, we're looking to recruit somebody who is passionate about their job & enjoys working within a close-knit team. Our Customer Service Administrators are the first point of contact for our customers & must always maintain the highest level of service. You will work in a fast-paced environment - No two days are ever the same!

Job Role:

* Responsible for the administration of incoming insurance claims
* Booking customers in for estimates & their vehicle repairs
* Provide an exceptional level of customer service, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently
* Effectively operate a Bodyshop Management system, maintaining detailed claim logs
* Liaise with our Customers, Work Providers & Insurance companies to provide progress updates on repairs
* Ensure the efficient operation of vehicle movements (in/out)
* Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
* Take card payments from customers for Sales Invoices
* Take a proactive approach to work & assisting colleagues where necessary
* Dealing with any other ad-hoc tasks as set by Line Manager or Operations Manager

OTHER EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS TO INCLUDE -

* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* A great team player, who can easily build relationships with all departments in the company
* Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
* Must be able to prioritise your work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high workload
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Very good written and spoken English is essential
* Excellent IT skills - specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
