Property Co-Ordinator
Full Time 35 Hours, Permanent
Edinburgh or Glasgow based with at least one day per week in the office.

We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Property Co-ordinator to support the delivery of a high-quality asset management service. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll help coordinate repairs, support maintenance programmes, and ensure excellent service for our customers
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate reactive repairs and void works in line with targets
2. Respond to customer enquiries and provide clear advice
3. Support planned and cyclical maintenance programmes
4. Monitor contractor performance and customer satisfaction
5. Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance systems
6. Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
7. Promote digital services and self-service options
About You
8. Experience in an administrative or office-based role
9. Strong organisational, IT, and communication skills
10. Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
11. Customer-focused with a proactive approach
Desirable:
12. Experience in property maintenance, contractors, or social housing
13. Relevant qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
