Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience)
A leading UK law firm is seeking a Solicitor with NQ-2 years' post-qualification experience to join its high-performing Dispute Resolution team in Cheltenham. The Role
You'll be responsible for advising on a broad range of commercial disputes, including:
* Banking and financial litigation
* Contractual and corporate disputes
* Property-related claims
* Liaising with clients, counsel, and other professionals
* Supporting a specialist team culture
* Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
* Participating in business development initiatives
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
* NQ-2 years PQE in commercial dispute resolution
* Experience gained during training or post-qualification
* Strong technical and drafting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confidence in managing matters independently and collaboratively
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
