The Role
We are seeking well-presented, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Front of House team members to join our friendly clinics. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a dynamic and supportive healthcare company.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will ensure every visitor receives a warm welcome and outstanding service, while also promoting our treatments, products, and membership plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a professional and friendly welcome to all patients and visitors
* Act as the first point of contact for enquiries (in person, phone, email)
* Promote and explain treatments, memberships, and products
* Support patients with dental treatment coordination and service information
* Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks (data entry, filing, scanning, mail)
* Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable
* Contribute positively to the wider clinic team and patient journey
About You
* Previous customer service experience (healthcare not required – retail, hospitality or other industries welcome)
* Confident, approachable, and well-presented
* Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
* Comfortable using IT systems and MS Office (Word & Excel) – training provided on in-house systems
* Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn in a growing business
* A true team player with a positive "can-do" attitude
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience in a supervisory or managerial role (e.g., Reception Manager, Clinic Manager) – opportunities available for senior applicants
