THE ROLE
We are recruiting Front of House / Customer Service Staff to join our team at Battersea Power Station. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering excellent visitor experiences in a busy public venue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service
- Ticket and merchandise sales
- Managing visitor flow and entry times
- Assisting with seating and session turnover
- Supporting families and school groups
- Answering visitor questions
- Handling payments and basic sales records
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas
