* Responsible for deploying the security team to maintain a satisfactory security presence on site at all times.
* Ensure all security personnel adhere to their duties, policies, and procedures, and report breaches immediately to the Operations Manager.
* Check handover at the beginning of each shift to ensure all vital details are addressed.
* Maintain a smart, well-groomed appearance in approved uniform, provide first-class customer service, and display high vigilance throughout shifts, making a good first impression.
* Always portray a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor, using open and appropriate body language.
* Report any untoward activity or security concerns immediately to control.
* Be customer service facing—polite, positive, and professional at all times.
* Respond to alarm activations and investigate disturbances as instructed.
* Monitor entry and departure of employees, visitors, and others.
* Write reports on daily activities and irregularities, such as damage, theft, unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
* Maintain the highest standards of customer care at all times.
* Proactively monitor and uphold staff discipline, standards, and conduct.
* Oversee that officers perform to required standards and address any shortcomings.
* Ensure patrols are completed adequately and as scheduled.
* Liaise regularly with FRG Managers, providing updates on important matters.
* Regularly audit site equipment and ensure proper maintenance of site paperwork.
* Work effectively as part of a team.
* Carry out reasonable requests from clients and FRG management.

* MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS.
* SIA Licence required; CCTV license desirable.
* At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor required.
* Driving license required.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
* Maintain a smart appearance.
* Flexible approach to duties and additional events on site.
* Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
* Stay calm under pressure and handle confrontations professionally.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physically fit for site walks and patrols.
