We're currently working with a highly respected, independent BMS specialist delivering complex building automation projects across London.
They've built a strong reputation in the market for quality delivery and long-term client relationships, particularly across commercial offices, high-end developments, and technically demanding environments.
Due to continued growth, they're looking to bring in a BMS Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery.
The Role:
* End-to-end management of BMS projects from design through to commissioning and handover
* Ownership of programme, budget, and commercial performance
* Managing engineers, subcontractors, and specialist partners
* Acting as the main client interface throughout the project lifecycle
* Supporting design coordination and resolving technical challenges
* Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget
What They're Looking For:
* Proven experience delivering BMS / Building Controls projects
* Strong knowledge of systems such as Trend, Tridium (Niagara), or similar
* Solid understanding of HVAC and building services integration
* Commercial awareness and ability to manage project finances
* Confident in managing stakeholders in a client-facing environment
