We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established consultancy. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a flair for organisation and communication who thrives in a support role across a sales function. This would suit someone early in their career with previous experience in commercial support, administration, sales, especially within a B2B setting.
The position plays a pivotal role in enabling the wider business development efforts by supporting client engagement activities, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to campaign delivery. Key Responsibilities
* Support Account Managers with lead generation, research, and sales profiling
* Maintain and update client data and opportunities in the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
* Prepare accurate sales proposals and documents
* Assist with client onboarding and ongoing communication
* Coordinate with internal teams to gather info for proposals and stay informed on new services
* Provide updates during sales meetings and contribute to reporting
* Handle general admin tasks to support the sales and marketing teams
* Follow up on marketing campaign leads and support marketing admin tasks
* Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role within a B2B setting
* Strong organisational abilities and exceptional attention to detail
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
* Comfortable working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics Desirable)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
* Proactive, adaptable, and a true team player with a positive mindset
* Experience in the energy or carbon sector is desirable
