Working across one of our supported housing schemes, youll be the main point of contact for customers overnight, responding to issues, maintaining a safe environment and providing reassurance where needed.<br></span><span><br></span><span>The Waking Night Worker role is focused on creating a calm, well-managed environment where residents can feel confident that support is available. Through your presence, communication and proactive approach, youll help deliver a high-quality service that supports residents wellbeing and safety.<br></span></p></div><div><h2>How youll do it</h2><ul><li>Ensure the safety and security of residents and buildings throughout the night</li><li>Respond to residents needs and concerns promptly, either in person or via phone, providing reassurance and practical support</li><li>Monitor communal areas and entry points, maintaining a secure and safe environment</li><li>Respond to and manage anti-social behaviour incidents appropriately, reducing impact and preventing escalation</li><li>Carry out health and safety duties, report repairs and advocate for residents where needed</li><li>Work with colleagues, care providers and stakeholders to support a coordinated and high-quality service</li></ul></div><div><h2></h2><p><span>We believe great service starts with great people, and we are committed to recruiting and developing passionate, enthusiastic, and talented individuals who can add value to our thriving organisation.<br></span><span><br></span><span>Pending confirmation of legislative changes, this role may require a qualification to demonstrate competence.
