Key Responsibilities: Teach and lead Science across the school — inspiring a love of learning in every lesson Manage and coordinate support staff to deliver effective small group and 1:1 support Differentiate lessons and resources to meet a wide range of learning needs Monitor and evaluate SEND provision, reporting to SLT and governors Work with external agencies to ensure the best possible support for our students Lead INSET training for staff on SEND practice and developments Stay hands-on in the classroom, teaching lessons in your area of expertise If you are excited about providing first class provision to our young people and are looking for a fresh challenge, then we would love to discuss the role with you more. Who we are looking for We’re after someone with passion, presence, and purpose. Someone who knows how to connect with young people and adapt their teaching to meet the moment. You’ll need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) A strong background in Science teaching — ideally with SEND/SEMH experience Proven ability to deliver outstanding, engaging lessons Experience working with young people with autism, ADHD, or challenging behaviour Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships A sound understanding of current SEND practices, curriculum adaptations, and legislation Full UK Driving Licence About the school 3 Dimensions School is in an exciting phase of growth and development.
