Job Description
We are looking for an individual who will contribute directly to organisational success by delivering high-quality training, maintaining compliant administrative systems, and supporting senior management through accurate reporting, insight sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The role combines performance oversight, learning delivery, and stakeholder collaboration to drive consistent service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support performance reporting, KPI administration, audits, and compliance documentation.
2. Maintain performance systems, dashboards, and action trackers with accurate, timely data.
3. Coordinate meetings, liaise with stakeholders, and provide minutes where required.
4. Manage ISS learning programmes, LMS records, and training resources.
5. Deliver training sessions and support refresher and buddy programmes.
6. Develop training materials and produce monthly learning and performance reports.
7. Support health and safety compliance, embedding a strong safety culture.
8. Work collaboratively across departments to support shared objectives and continuous improvement.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
9. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
10. Experience in Learning & Development, coaching, or training delivery.
11. Understanding of KPI, audit, and compliance frameworks.
12. Ability to analyse performance data and produce clear, accurate reports.
13. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
