Head of Revenue Operations
Location: Saepio - Head Office, High Wycombe
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Full Time - (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm)
Reporting To: Co-CEO
Who are Saepio?
The world of cyber security is fast paced and exciting, so why not join our journey and be part of a fun and successful company with a real community atmosphere whilst helping beat the cyber criminals!?
As the cyber threat landscape continues to evolve, Saepio is growing rapidly to meet the increasing demand for top-notch cybersecurity solutions. To support our growth, we are recruiting a Head of Revenue Operations.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a hands-on, proactive and commercially aware, Head of Revenue Operations to lead the function and join our growing team, reporting to the Co-CEO.
This role is pivotal to our next phase of growth. This is a hands-on role where you'll be at the forefront of driving change and performance - leading our current sales support team, streamlining operations, and building a scalable, self-serve reporting infrastructure to provide actionable insights to the Co-CEOs.
Your responsibility is to maximise commercial impact across the business by owning reporting, analysis, and automation across sales and marketing, ensuring every action is informed by clear insight. You will be forward-thinking, using the latest tools to automate repetitive, low-value tasks and free up our team to spend more time serving our clients.
Over time, dependent on your abilities and success in the role, your remit will expand to cover operations across all key business functions, with a clear path to a Head of Operations or COO position.
We're not looking for a traditional operations executive - we're looking for a weapon. Someone insanely smart, scrappy, and dangerously good at solving tough problems fast. You will obsess over data and creating efficiencies. This is not a reporting admin role - it's about building systems that deliver predictable revenue.
This isn't a role for someone who needs permission. You will be expected to own the strategy and execution - picking the correct projects to work on, launching initiatives, testing aggressively, killing what doesn't work, and doubling down on what does.
What will you be doing?
Revenue Process Design: Map key revenue workflows for new business, renewals, and pipeline. Standardise steps, define system vs. human hand-offs, and publish scalable playbooks.
Data & Reporting Architecture: Define the right metrics, enforce hygiene, and build dashboards that give leaders a single source of truth to make critical decisions.
Automation & Tooling Strategy: Spot repetitive work, test AI and low-code tools, kill what fails, and scale what frees time and improves accuracy.
Leadership: Manage and develop the existing sales support team to deliver predictable revenue and install a culture of continuous improvement.
About You
You are a change agent who is passionate about building highly efficient, data-driven organisations. You don't just see problems; you see opportunities and build solutions.
You have proven experience in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or similar commercially oriented operations or analytics role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
You have demonstrable track record of building processes and delivering systems in the revenue function that yield quantifiable results.
You have a strong quantitative foundation and are obsessed with data, with a track record of using it to make decisions, measure success, and drive change.
You possess strong Excel and analytical skills, with experience in business modelling and familiarity with tools such as SQL, SOQL, Python, and Power BI.
You are an expert in CRM systems (Salesforce and HubSpot), with strong skills in administration, creating complex reports, dashboards, and workflows.
You have demonstrable experience using AI and automation tools (e.g., LLMs, Zapier, no-code/low-code platforms) to create tangible business value.
You are a true self-starter who thrives on autonomy. You don't wait for instructions; you identify what needs to be done and you do it.
You are a world-class problem solver, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Experience with CPQ platforms (ideally Dealhub) is a significant advantage.
