This is a fantastic opportunity to combine business development with people management, working closely with the Director to drive the business forward. This is not a hands-on delivery role – the delivery function is already strong. The focus will be on leading people, developing new business opportunities, and playing a pivotal role in growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing recruitment team. Drive business development activity, securing new clients and building long-term relationships. Act as a trusted partner and right-hand to the Director. Support the team’s delivery while keeping your own focus on leadership and growth. Shape and influence business strategy as part of ambitious expansion plans. About You Proven experience managing or leading a recruitment team. Strong business development track record with the ability to win new business. Background in contract recruitment (engineering, commercial, or industrial temps) or permanent recruitment.
