A Multi-Skilled Tradesperson is a professional who possesses expertise in various construction trades and can perform a wide range of tasks on a construction site.
THIS ROLE IS Permanent.
As a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson, you will be expected to:
* Undertake a wide variety of construction tasks across multiple trades, including carpentry/joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating and more.
* Apply your skills and experience to deliver work efficiently and to a consistently high standard of quality.
* Interpret and follow project plans, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate execution.
* Assess the materials, tools, and equipment required for each task.
* Organise and prepare resources to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
* Carry out repairs and installations of components, fixtures, and systems in line with project requirements.
* Identify and resolve issues as they arise, using effective problem-solving techniques.
* Guarantee the functionality, alignment, and safety of all completed work.
* Comply with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices at all times.
* Wear and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and promote its proper use among colleagues.
* Follow established safety procedures to minimise risks and maintain a secure working environment.
* Analyse and overcome challenges encountered on-site, developing practical and innovative solutions.
* Adapt flexibly to evolving project requirements and adjust working methods accordingly.
