Leadership & Management:
Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, working under a dedicated Senior Manager and/or Director. Lead and develop junior team members around IPA.
Engage directly with senior stakeholders on the client side (e.g., Programme Directors and CFOs) to articulate risk and recommendations from IPA work. Collaborate with internal senior teams to secure resources, deliver, and sign off work.
Impact, Risk, Accountability & Governance:
Contribute to risk management activities over large, multi-year, multimillion-pound engagements. Ensure adherence to all KPMG risk processes, especially given the high-risk nature of IPA work.
What will you be doing?
* Develop a full understanding of end-to-end business transformation ERP programmes, including challenges and assurance requirements.
* Understand all critical workstreams such as PMO, business change, business architecture, testing, data, and transition, leading focused reviews in these areas.
* Identify key risks throughout the programme lifecycle and determine necessary mitigations to correct course.
* Translate observations into risks with clear impact statements and practical, non-template recommendations.
* Manage multiple IPA activities (stage gates, deep dives) and coordinate with other assurance activities like IA-driven work, using appropriate language around 1st/2nd/3rd line assurance.
Lead junior team members to deliver high-quality outputs under pressure, such as health check reports, stage gate reviews, and assessments of client readiness for next stages.
