What You'll Be Doing
* Caring for Children – Provide high-quality care that meets the individual needs of each child, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
* Building Strong Relationships – Develop positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring clear communication and support.
* Creating Fun Learning Experiences – Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that help children grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually.
* Maintaining a Safe and Nurturing Environment – Ensure the nursery environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for children and staff alike.
What We're Looking For
* A passionate individual with experience in working with young children.
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
* A commitment to providing high-quality care and education in a supportive, family-oriented setting.
* A minimum of a recognised Level 2 qualification within Early Years.
