As part of the ongoing expansion of the RSK Group, we are looking for a Corporate Lawyer with at least 4 years PQE to join our extremely busy inhouse legal team, which is primarily based in Helsby, Cheshire. Candidates looking for full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (24-30 hours per week) will be considered, with flexible working arrangements available. The RSK group is a leading environmental, engineering and technical services business headquartered in the UK, with an established presence in more than 40 countries around the world. This is a rare inhouse opportunity for a lawyer with a good grounding in M&A work to move client side to assist with the company’s continuing growth plans. This role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to continue advising on corporate acquisitions and to broaden their corporate expertise, advising our businesses both in the UK and internationally. Person Specification Qualified lawyer with at least 4 years PQE. A background in corporate law, ideally in a fast-paced environment. International experience is desirable but not essential. This role is most suited to an adaptable person with a keen eye for detail and understand the importance of commerciality in their legal advice and will thrive with a hugely varied workload.
