Workshop Supervisor

GBP20 : GBP24 per hour + Bonus + 33 days holiday + Private healthcare + Overtime + Pension
Great opportunity has just arisen to join a leading mechanical engineering company based in Warwick. You will be supervising a small team of engineers whilst remaining hands on with servicing and repairs.
The Role:
* Undertakes and oversees repairs of electric motors, pumps and gearboxes.
* Providing training/toolbox talks to reports where needed.
* The cost:effective deployment of resources (labour and material) to achieve plan.
* Supervising team members, managing discipline, attitude, appearance and time keeping.
* Providing support and guidance to all employees while setting the standards for other to adopt.
* Workshop maintenance.
* Plan workflow in order to meet customer requirements as directed by the workshop manager and workshop foreman.
The Candidate:
* Previous supervisory experience within electrical motors, pumps and gearboxes.
* Computer skills required to basic level.
* Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE.
* Team player.
* Excellent communication skills.
