Home Care Assistant
Location: Leeds
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.71 per hour
Hours: 7am–1:30pm & 3:30pm–10pm, alternate weekends
Areas Covered: LS8, LS12, LS13, LS14, LS15, LS28
Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Your Role as a Home Care Assistant
Support individuals in Leeds to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Every visit is an opportunity to make someone’s day brighter and yours more fulfilling.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Supporting medication and meal preparation
* Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs
* Providing companionship and emotional support
Qualifications & Skills
* Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality care and support
* Reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* No prior experience required; training provided
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
