Responsibilities: Manage booking systems and reservation confirmations Handle VIP, large groups, and special occasions efficiently Maintain accurate guest flow during peak hours Guide and support junior hosts/hostesses Train new hosts on greeting standards and reservation systems Ensure hosts follow grooming, uniform, and service protocols Act as a liaison between guests, service staff, and management Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for group seating and events Maintain reservation logs and guest databases Leadership and team coordination skills Familiarity with reservation and POS systems For the Guest Relations Supervisor role, we offer the following benefits and opportunities: Attractive salary based on your skills and experience.
