The Payload:
* Elite Basic Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per year (fully open and negotiable based on your technical experience).
* Monthly Bonus: An achievable, stress-free monthly bonus of around £500 to comfortably take your earnings up to £55,000 OTE.
* Hours: Monday – Friday only. Strictly no weekend work!
* Holiday: 20 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays (28 days total leave per year).

* Major Mechanical Work: Handling complex "heavy" repairs including engine rebuilds, clutches, cambelts, and timing chains.

What We Need From You:

* A full UK driving licence.
