Keys Group is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Registered Manager to take the lead in opening and running a brand-new 3-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children’s home in Leicester. We're looking for an experienced, passionate leader ready to create a safe, nurturing environment that truly transforms young lives.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading a brand-new home from launch to success
Delivering outstanding care and outcomes for young people
Managing and developing a strong, committed staff team
Providing therapeutic, child-focused leadership
Ensuring compliance with all care regulations and safeguarding practices
Overseeing budgeting, staffing, training, and strategic development
Acting as a positive role model and mentor to staff and young peopleWhat You’ll Need
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar setting at a senior level
Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People’s Workforce
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Strong working knowledge of children’s legislation and safeguarding (Children Act 1989, Children’s Homes Regulations)
Experience managing budgets and financial performance
Full UK driving licence
Flexibility and willingness to be part of the on-call rota
