Technical Delivery Coordinator

We're excited to be partnering with a global leader in security technology to find a Technical Delivery Coordinator. In this role, you'll take the lead in delivering and supporting rack-level protection solutions across major data centres, helping to keep some of the world's most critical environments safe and secure.

What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating the rollout of security systems across different sites, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Configuring and commissioning backend systems like access control and CCTV to meet customer requirements.
Planning site visits and supporting remote troubleshooting when issues pop up.
Training engineers and partners on how to install and maintain these solutions.
Managing spare parts stock and keeping clear records so projects stay on track.
Producing reports and updates to share progress with management.
Building great relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years' experience working with security systems, ideally in data centres or similarly complex environments.
A strong background in deploying and commissioning access control and CCTV.
Confident managing multiple projects at once and keeping everyone informed.
Great communication skills-you're comfortable explaining technical issues in plain English.
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with rack-locking solutions would be a bonus.

Location: Hertfordshire based office with some hybrid flex
Regional travel up to 30%
Salary around £50,000 plus a great benefits package
