Role Overview
NHS Lothian seeks a skilled, experienced, and enthusiastic Corporate Records Manager. You will assume operational responsibility for establishing and maintaining good records management practices across all NHS Lothian’s functions, supporting compliance with the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011.
You will work within a small Corporate Governance Team and collaborate extensively with colleagues across the organization, including Health Records staff, to update our Records Management Plan (RMP). Your role includes providing professional support and guidance to ensure effective records management, delivering the RMP, and supporting organizational objectives such as the upcoming migration of records and data to M365.
Candidate Requirements
* Relevant professional experience in records management
* Detailed understanding of applying records management principles
* Postgraduate or professional qualification in information management (preferred)
* Excellent project and programme management skills, with experience supporting change initiatives
