Perform functional testing, inspection, and calibration of assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards. Diagnose and correct faults during assembly and test procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment. Work collaboratively with engineers and technicians to meet production schedules. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Previous experience in electronic assembly, soldering, or similar technical role. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, circuit schematics, and assembly drawings. Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities. Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new software. Diligent, self-motivated, and well-organised with strong record-keeping skills.
