Full-time employment from day one A fully funded bachelor’s degree with the University of Exeter Hands-on experience working on real digital and technology projects Ongoing support, mentoring, and structured learning A welcoming, inclusive culture where your ideas are valued About You As a Digital & Technology Apprentice, you’ll help design, build, test, and support technology solutions that enable Simplyhealth to deliver high-quality health and wellbeing services. You’ll gain experience across a range of IT and digital areas, building practical skills and learning how technology supports the wider business. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues, contribute to real projects, and develop skills that set you up for a long-term career in tech. During your apprenticeship, you’ll be exposed to and may gain practical experience with teams such as: IT Service Desk Data and Analytics Data Engineering Test Automation Skills and behaviours you’ll develop This apprenticeship is about developing both your technical skills and how you work with others. What we’re looking for You don’t need to be a tech expert already. You’ll need to meet the application criteria below plus we’ll be looking for curiosity, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in technology. You’ll need: GCSE Maths and English at grades A–B (5–9) or equivalent BBB at A-Level (or equivalent), including at least one of: Maths, Further Maths, Computer Science or IT A genuine interest in digital and technology solutions Strong communication and relationship-building skills Attention to detail and a willingness to learn A positive, adaptable mindset Your Recruitment Journey We believe in a fair, inclusive, and transparent recruitment process that helps you show your best self.
