Robert Half are partnering with a leading manufacturing business in Studley, Warwickshire to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a key role supporting site performance, with a focus on accurate costing, insightful analysis, and operational collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain standard costing processes
* Support new product costing and cost rollovers
* Analyse product cost variances and drive improvements
* Partner with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities
* Contribute to month-end close, reporting, and forecasting
* Deliver financial insights to support strategic decisions
Your Profile:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Strong background in manufacturing/industrial finance
* Excellent standard costing and analysis experience
* Proactive, hands-on, and confident working cross-functionally
* Strong Excel skills and effective communicator
