As an Internal Sales Engineer, youll perform the same duties as an external sales engineer but work virtually with end customers rather than face-to-face. This role involves business development, account management, and product demonstrations, all from the comfort of the office.
Youll be the go-to expert, driving customer success while expanding the client base and promoting innovative solutions. What you'll be doing: Take full responsibility for the turnover and results of your assigned customers, nurturing and expanding the current client base. Meet proactive contact targets through telephone sales calls and virtual meetings via Teams.
Promote new products and solutions while arranging product presentations for clients over Teams. Handle incoming inquiries, define customer requirements, and uncover cross-selling opportunities. Provide technical advice and consulting to customers on application solutions.
